Cancellation Policy
Our Lawn Restoration Service is a comprehensive, hands-on process that includes dethatching, overseeding, compost layering, and compost tea spraying to rebuild healthy soil and promote strong, lasting growth. Pricing is based on lawns up to 2,500 sq. ft., with larger properties requiring additional materials, time, and cost adjustments. A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the work within 30 days. Services are scheduled according to weather and soil conditions to ensure optimal results. If excessive rain, drought, or other factors prevent application, your appointment will be rescheduled for the next suitable date. Please ensure all areas to be treated are accessible and free from obstacles such as vehicles, furniture, or pets prior to the scheduled service. All compost, seed, and tea applications are freshly prepared and intended for same-day use to ensure maximum biological activity and effectiveness. Once services are completed, materials cannot be returned or refunded. We take great care to deliver quality results with every project, and our goal is to ensure your lawn receives the best natural restoration possible through healthy soil practices and consistent communication.
